To do this trick, you need scissors and a sharp knife. Use scissors for food, or sterilize scissors that you use for other tasks. Put the scissors in boiling water for 5 minutes, then wipe them with white vinegar. Re-sterilize it after using it to peel shrimp if you decide to use it again for other purposes.
How to peel shrimp?
