1- Fava beans dish with lemon
Put the beans in a bowl with a little water, and stir until it starts to boil, then add salt, cumin, chilli, lemon juice, a little oil and stir until it boils, then serves.
2- Casserole of beans with pastrami and eggs
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
Put the beans in the oven casserole and mash it well, then add the garlic, onion, pepper and sliced tomato with cumin, salt and pepper and stir well.
Cut the pastrami and add it to the oven casserole and toss it.
Make holes in the casserole after the eggs you will be adding, and beating eggs in a plate, add each egg in its own cavity in the casserole, and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
3- A tray of fava beans with cheese
Mash the beans well until they are smooth, or beat them in a blender and spread them on a tray.
Heat butter in a bowl, then add it to a bean tray and spread it over all areas.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella or turkey cheese over each tray until it is completely covered and put it in the oven.
4- A plate of beans with sausage
Cut the sausage into slices, and fry it in a little oil.
Add the beans to the sausage with water, salt and pepper, leave it on a little stove and then serve it to your family.
5- Diet beans with cucumber and onions
Heat the beans in a suitable spot, then add the water when boiling, then add olive oil, remove the beans from the heat, and add the juice of a lemon with a small piece of cucumber, red onions, salt and pepper to your liking.
