Ingredients
2 bottles (or 794 g) of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup (or 60 g) of coconut milk powder
576 g (or 600 ml) of whipping cream (slightly whipped)
2 large ripe mangoes (peeled and chopped)
1 large mango (Peeled and cut into thin slices for garnish)
1. Spread two layers of plastic wrap in an 8-cup pudding bowl, with the plastic hanging over the ends.
2. Whisk sweetened condensed milk with coconut milk powder in a large bowl, then add the slightly whipped cream and stir with mango.
3. The mixture was stirred in the prepared container, and covered with plastic cover hanging on the ends and placed in the freezer for a period of 7 to 8 hours until it froze.
4. Dip the bowl in hot water to release the ice cream from its sides, then stir the ice cream in a serving dish and return it to the freezer to freeze again.
